Heyyyy! Happy New Year! I’m excited to share my very first post of 2018!
Maaaan, my skin has been in thee best shape these past few months. I’m not tryna brag, but I’ve been working really hard to make sure I’m as healthy as I can be physically and mentally, and that includes my skin. Making sure I wash my face daily and 2x a day when I wear makeup, not wearing makeup as much, and switching out my skincare products to make sure I’m giving my skin what it needs.
In addition, I attribute my healthy skin to my nutrition and overall health. Last year I was the most consistent with working out on a daily basis, drinking lots and lots of water, and getting some much needed sleep. Sleep? Who woulda thunk sleep was a factor when it comes to healthy skin? Well it is, boo. A huge factor, in fact. While you’re all snuggled in your bed, your skin is working over time to make sure it absorbs all those lovely juices & berries (products) you just applied on it before you hit the sack. Meanwhile, while you’re slobbing and snoring, your skin is working it’s magic.
With that being said, it’s important that you’re applying the right products for your skin’s needs. You want your skin to absorbs all the right things during prime time. For the first time ever I created a short video of my current skincare routine.
